All of our shipping is door to door; We deliver worldwide.

All orders of $200 USD and up have free shipping. This applies to USA & CANADA only.

To place an order there is a minimum of 5 skeins, or $100 USD, with a shipping flat rate of $40 USD for USA & Canada only. Above 200 USD, there will be free shipping.

All products ship from KINUA showroom based in Peru. Shipping is through DHL EXPRESS service.

It takes up to 3 business days to process your order. If a product is made to order, we will send you an e-mail specifying the time frame of production.

The estimated shipping time is 5-7 business days. Please be advised that KINUA will not be responsible for any customs delays beyond our control.

There may be additional duties to be paid once the package enters your country. We recommend you to contact your local customs authority to know if there will be any additional fee.

All sales are final. We carefully make sure all products are shipped in optimal conditions. If your package has any sign of damage, please contact us within 24 hours and we will contact our courier agent.
